What CPU do you use?

We use the Intel i9-9900k (8c/16t) (premium plans) and AMD Ryzen 9 5950X (16c/32t) (extreme plans) or similar.

How much storage do we get?

All clients receieves 25GB NVMe SSD storage (premium plan), and for extreme plans, the amount of storage is listed on the plan (60GB/120GB/180GB NVMe SSD). All storage is upgradable via the client area or via a ticket.

What are your support hours?

Our team is available any time! If you have any questions or in need of assistance, mail us at support@madhosting.tech (Responses under 8 hours) or contact us on our discord (quicker responses).

Where are the servers located?

As of now, we offer Europe Servers, in Helsinki Finland, and Falkenstein Germany. We also have North America Servers, located specifically in Dallas, Texas.

Are my servers DDoS protected?

We offer enterprise quality and reliable DDoS protection (3.5 Tbps) from Path.net (NA) or our upstream providers datacenter DDoS protection (EU) included in every server without any extra fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (recommended), and Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe for secure payments), Bank Transfers, and Google Pay (contact only).
